Parcion Private Wealth is a nationally recognized boutique family office serving first-generation wealth creators and business owners. When their marketing director reached out, the situation was urgent: they needed to exit an existing agency relationship quickly and get a new site live without losing momentum.
The entire site was rebuilt from WordPress to Next.js and Sanity CMS in under a month. The architecture was designed for scalability from day one, with dynamic routing for blog posts, podcast episodes, events, and awards pages so the team can publish new content indefinitely without any developer involvement. Sanity's live preview was set up so the marketing director can review and approve content changes in real time before anything goes live.
The UX and visual design were handled entirely in-house with no external designer required. The result is a site that reflects the firm's high-touch, concierge positioning while giving the internal team full autonomy over their content.
